Adherence to Google Policies
GMB Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
1. Data We Access
When you authorize GMB Pro, we access the following Google Business Profile (GBP) data:
- Location Profiles: Business names, addresses, phone numbers, and categories.
- Posts: Existing posts to provide analytics and allow management.
- Reviews: Customer reviews and ratings to facilitate AI-powered responses.
- Media: Photos and videos associated with your locations.
- Insights/Analytics: Data on how users find and interact with your profile on Google Maps.
2. How We Use This Data
We use the data retrieved from Google APIs solely to provide the services you requested:
- To schedule and publish posts on your behalf.
- To generate and post review replies using AI.
- To update business information (e.g., hours, services) based on your input.
- To provide consolidated reports on your profile performance.
3. Data Protection and Storage
Encrypted Storage
Access tokens provided by Google are encrypted at rest using industry-standard protocols.
Limited Access
Only essential services within our platform can access the tokens to perform API calls.
4. User Control
You maintain full control over your data. You can revoke GMB Pro's access to your Google account at any time through the Google Security Settings.
