Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GMB Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations.

1. 7-Day Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for all new users. This trial allows you to explore all features of your chosen plan with no upfront cost. No credit card is required to start the trial on most plans.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

We consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors.
  • Failure to provide service after successful payment.
  • Refund request made within 24 hours of first payment (for monthly plans).

Not Eligible

  • Partial use of the billing month.
  • Change of mind after active use of features.
  • Account termination due to violation of terms.
  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at sachin.jangir@getcatalyzed.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and transaction ID.

Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days of approval. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Refund FAQ

Can I switch plans mid-month?

Yes. When you upgrade, the remaining balance of your current plan is prorated against the new plan. When you downgrade, the new rate will apply from the next billing cycle.

What happens if my payment fails?

We will attempt to re-charge your card 3 times over a period of 7 days. If payment fails, your account will be temporarily suspended until billing information is updated.
