1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with GMB Pro. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our subscriptions and services. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your GMB Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access to premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations of monthly subscriptions.
3. Trial Periods
If you register for a free trial of our Service, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the free trial expires, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin, and your payment method on file will be charged. We do not issue refunds for charges incurred after a trial period has expired if cancellation was not requested in time.
4. Annual Subscriptions Refund Window
For annual plans, we offer a 30-day refund window from the date of initial purchase or renewal. If you cancel your annual plan and request a refund within this 30-day window, you may be eligible for a full or prorated refund (minus any processing fees). Requests made after the 30-day window are non-refundable.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Exceptional circumstances include: (a) Technical issues or service outages that prevent usage of the Service for extended periods, which our support team is unable to resolve. (b) Accidental double billing or billing errors. In such cases, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge immediately upon verification.
6. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@gmbpro.com with your account details, transaction receipt, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
