We may change our fees upon 30 days notice. Late payments may result in suspension of Service. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase as outlined in our refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GMB Pro and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
GMB Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve months prior to the claim.
